The ADTA-Q is the largest representative organisation of accredited driver trainers in Queensland, with members throughout the State.
The ADTA-Q promotes the best possible standards of driving tuition for the public, supports and implements matters of road safety, encourages a high moral standard and proficiency in the driver training industry and promotes harmonious co-operation between the industry, Government and road user.
Membership to the ADTA-Q entitles you to receive many benefits, special discounts and services that are exclusive to the Association. One of our exclusive services is access to affordable Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance. This insurance is a must for all driver trainers and the buying power of ADTA National ensures our members are adequately covered at the best possible price. ADTA-Q members also enjoy access to their own Web Site with search engines for new drivers.
It's easy to apply for membership to the ADTA-Q.
Two types of membership are available - full and Associate. Full membership is for accredited driver trainers or owners of driving schools and has full voting rights. Full members can also nominate for Executive and Committee member positions.
Associate members are for those people who have an interest in the Industry but are not accredited driver trainers, this includes people who operate and train in post driver training or other industry businesses or groups who want to stay informed as to what's happening in the Driver Trainer industry.
To join, simply fill out the required application form, mouse click on the printer icon and send the form with the applicable fee to the Executive Officer. Your membership will be ratified at the next meeting of the ADTA-Q committee and your official membership card and magnetic vehicle signs will be forwarded out to you. Once your membership has been accepted, you can start to enjoy the advantages of being a member of the ADTA-Q.
